The only reason I give this an 8 out of 10 is because of its lasting appeal. I have had a lot of fun dressing up my sims and throwing halloween parties and the new items are awesome! Carving pumpkins is a lot of fun and very creative. It also adds a new party choice (Halloween costume party). There are about 30-35 new build mode items added (more if you count wallpapers and whatnot) and lots of new clothing items added (pretty much costume-related). The Sims 4 Vampires Game Pack (November 14, 2017) RELEASED. The Sims 4 City Living Expansion (November 14, 2017) RELEASED. The Sims 4 Base Game (November 14, 2017) RELEASED. It's on par with the amount added from Sims 3 Stuff packs that were actually $29.99. As of March 31st, 2020, all games on The Sims 4 for PC/Mac are available for Consoles. The amount of content added is actually quite a lot. I can say, though, the Spooky stuff pack was actually worth the $9.99 paid.
Luxury stuff was bad, cool kitchen stuff was abysmal, perfect patio was okay (would've been bad without hot tubs). TS4's expansions and game packs have been decent, but the stuff packs have been extremely lacking so far.
